Instructions

Select the type of Affiliate membership you wish to apply for and fill out the below Affiliate membership application and submit.

Affiliate member will be the primary for the Affiliate office - a designated affiliate must be named for each office. Other representatives within an office who wish to join GMWAR are then considered additional affiliates.

Secondary Affiliate member - if you as the representative hold membership at another Association office.

Affiliate Additional Member $100 Annually + $100.00 One-Time Fee

Affiliate Secondary Member $100 Annually + $100.00 One-Time Fee
