The Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation is the mark of a real estate professional who has made the commitment to provide a high level of professional services by securing a strong educational foundation. Buying property can be a complex and stressful task. It’s often the biggest single investment in a person’s life. 

Topics for this session include seller services, buyer services, technology, and environment and green building.

This is a 4-day Course and will be held on January 6, 7, 13 & 14, 2025   

From 8:30 am to 5:00 pm each day.  You must attend all 4 days to receive credit.

This class will be taught virtually via Zoom Communications. You will have your choice to take this CE course from home or at the GMWAR office. Space is limited if you choose to take from the GMWAR office. In order to participate and receive CE for the courses you will need access to a laptop or computer with the capability of running a Zoom meeting with a microphone and camera, reliable internet service, access to the email address on file with the Association to send and retrieve course materials as PDFs and the ability to digitally save any course materials/evaluations to send back to GMWAR via email. These courses will be monitored by a GMWAR staff member to ensure attendance.

Pricing

Per Person Fee: $280.00

Refund Policy: A full refund will be issued if notification is received by 11:59pm, 4 calendar days prior to the scheduled class. Cancellations after this time will not be refunded but may be applied to a future class.

Cancellation: If the instructor or provider cancels the course, a full refund will be issued.
