This course provides a foundational blueprint of all of the elements involved in opening, managing and growing a real estate company. Topics include understanding key factors when opening a real estate office. How to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to yourself and local marketplace. Also identify and learn to set measurable goals plus develop a vision and mission statement for your business.
This is 1 of the CRB - Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) designation courses. Designed for experienced owners, brokers, managers, and supervisors to raise professional standards, strengthen individual and office performance, and sharpen expertise in brokerage management. Since 1968, CRB has represented the highest level of professional achievement in real estate brokerage management.

This class will be taught virtually via Zoom Communications. You will have your choice to take this CE course from home or at the GMWAR office. Space is limited if you choose to take from the GMWAR office. In order to participate and receive CE for the courses you will need access to a laptop or computer with the capability of running a Zoom meeting with a microphone and camera, reliable internet service, access to the email address on file with the Association to send and retrieve course materials as PDFs and the ability to digitally save any course materials/evaluations to send back to GMWAR via email. These courses will be monitored by a GMWAR staff member to ensure attendance.
