Description
Strategic business planning and implementation are fundamental to the success of any real estate company. The plan must be relevant and address both internal and external changes and challenges. In addition, it must be guided by the company’s values, vision and mission. It should also be executed so that every staff and/or team member is positioned to optimize their contribution. Agents will gain understanding that aids in developing a strategic business plan, guidelines for implementing that plan and methods for how to apply the plan to real world situations. Learn to write a clear mission statement that guides decision making and how to understand the effects and impact of both marketplace and company changes on the planning process.This is 1 of the CRB - Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) designation courses. Designed for experienced owners, brokers, managers, and supervisors to raise professional standards, strengthen individual and office performance, and sharpen expertise in brokerage management. Since 1968, CRB has represented the highest level of professional achievement in real estate brokerage management.

This class will be taught virtually via Zoom Communications. You will have your choice to take this CE course from home or at the GMWAR office. Space is limited if you choose to take from the GMWAR office. In order to participate and receive CE for the courses you will need access to a laptop or computer with the capability of running a Zoom meeting with a microphone and camera, reliable internet service, access to the email address on file with the Association to send and retrieve course materials as PDFs and the ability to digitally save any course materials/evaluations to send back to GMWAR via email. These courses will be monitored by a GMWAR staff member to ensure attendance.
