Hot Buttons Part A: The One to Four Family
Thursday, February 27, 2025 (1:00 PM - 4:00 PM) (CST)
Description
Appraisers have an obligation to analyze any agreements of sales noted on a subject property as required by USPAP. TREC provides the promulgated One to Four Family Residential Contract. Appraisers must be familiar with the contract form so that the information that may affect an appraisal can be understood. However, often an appraiser may step outside of their competency if knowledge of contract forms is lacking. This course will discuss how to make sure analysis is correct.
