Introduction to Texas Water Rights This course is designed to give the real estate license holder a broad overview of water rights in a 21st century Texas which faces droughts, floods, and freshwater crises.  Not only will the course teach the licensee the best ethical and practical practices involving water issues and real estate brokerage, but also it will bring the student up to date on the major issues in this important segment of real estate brokerage. The knowledge gained by the students from this course will better educate them so they can better serve the public.

2025 Farm & Ranch Summit attendees - this class will be offered at no cost and considered a makeup course. When Registering for the class please select the 2025 Farm & Ranch Attendee option. 

Refund Policy: A full refund will be issued if notification is received by 11:59pm, 4 calendar days prior to the scheduled class. Cancellations after this time will not be refunded but may be applied to a future class.

Cancellation: If the instructor or provider cancels the course, a full refund will be issued. 

Free Classes: A $25 no-show fee will be billed if the attendee does not attend class. To avoid a $25 no-show fee, class cancellation must occur no later than 48 hours prior to the class start time. Either log into your account at www.gmwar.org and cancel or email a cancellation request to team@gmwar.org. Absences due to illness, death in the family, and other major emergencies are the only exceptions to this policy and must be supported by documentation submitted to GMWAR.
