This class goes line by through the 1-4 Family Residential Contract. As one of the most used forms being able to clearly and concisely guide clients with completion is imperative. Being able to explain and guide Buyers and Sellers through the 1-4 Family Contract is imperative. Looking out for their best interest and explaining the impact of contingencies, exclusions, option, survey, closing date and much, much more is our fiduciary duty. This class goes line by through the 1-4 Family Residential Contract. As one of the most used residential forms you should be able to competently, clearly, and concisely guide your clients through the TXR 1601. Knowing what your specific clients' priorities are imperative to looking out for their best interests.

This class will be taught virtually via Zoom Communications.
In order to participate and receive CE for the courses you will need access to a laptop or computer with the capability of running a Zoom meeting with a microphone and camera, reliable internet service, access to the email address on file with the Association to send and retrieve course materials as PDFs and the ability to digitally save any course materials/evaluations to send back to GMWAR via email. These courses will be monitored by a GMWAR staff member to ensure attendance.
