The goal of this course is to instill safety awareness and habits as second nature so that real estate professionals as well as their clients and customers know how to avert or respond to dangerous situations and avoid harm as they practice their profession.

This class will be taught virtually via Zoom Communications.
In order to participate and receive CE for the courses you will need access to a laptop or computer with the capability of running a Zoom meeting with a microphone and camera, reliable internet service, access to the email address on file with the Association to send and retrieve course materials as PDFs and the ability to digitally save any course materials/evaluations to send back to GMWAR via email. These courses will be monitored by a GMWAR staff member to ensure attendance.
